5.1 Good Faith
We always align our actions with the principles of loyalty and good faith.
We emphasize the desire to achieve and a spirit of improvement, promoting optimistic attitudes over pessimistic ones.
We subordinate personal goals to the group’s objectives. We ensure that there is no conflict between the two, always prioritizing the company’s interests over personal or third-party interests.
5.2 Honesty
All members of BIER KÖNIG ARENAL commit to declaring any personal or professional relationships that could influence their behavior within the company.
Additionally, as employees of BIER KÖNIG ARENAL, we do not accept or offer unjustified compensation, undue advantages, gifts, or promises of preferential treatment. We ensure that our relationships with collaborators, suppliers, and distributors are governed by the principles of fair competition and transparency, avoiding any acts that may constitute unfair competition.
We foster honesty and professional ethics both in our business relationships with end customers — by providing clear and truthful information in our advertising campaigns — and in the professional relationships we maintain in the performance of our work.
5.3 Respect
Each and every one of us is responsible for creating an atmosphere of friendliness and kindness, where respect and trust prevail among individuals.
We value and embrace diversity of opinions, education, and culture as a source of knowledge and a competitive advantage.
We are mindful of the language we use when speaking about others and actively avoid defamatory comments both inside and outside the organization.
We promote real equality of opportunity between men and women, preventing any form of direct or indirect discrimination.
No employee of BIER KÖNIG ARENAL shall be discriminated against in the workplace based on race, physical disability, religion, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender, political opinion, or social origin — and we demand the same respect from anyone seeking to maintain a professional relationship with us.
We maintain a work environment free from any discrimination and from harassment of a personal nature. We do not tolerate any form of physical, sexual, psychological, or verbal harassment or abuse. We respect the environment and contribute to the sustainable development of society.
5.4 Confidentiality
We refrain from providing, internally or externally, confidential data about individuals and/or activities conducted within the group. However, we provide the necessary data required for other BIER KÖNIG ARENAL employees to perform their functions properly, while strictly respecting this duty of confidentiality.
We avoid any conduct that is contrary to free competition or that constitutes unfair competition.
In advertising campaigns, we offer clear and truthful information.
Our principles of ethical behavior, respect, confidentiality, and use of information include compliance with data protection regulations regarding personal data we access due to our job roles.
Information belongs to the group and should only be shared when beneficial and necessary to the group. In our behavior:
- We provide our managers with truthful, necessary, complete, and timely information about our area of work.

If we have doubts about how to handle certain information, we consult our manager regarding its proper classification.

In general, we maintain the strictest confidentiality in using internal knowledge outside the company, safeguarding our know-how.
We will only use IT systems, software, materials, and reports for which BIER KÖNIG ARENAL has acquired the corresponding licenses, respecting their intellectual and industrial property rights at all times.

We will not use system access to act fraudulently or for personal gain.
5.5 Responsibility
Each employee or collaborator of BIER KÖNIG ARENAL is responsible for complying with the legal, professional, and ethical standards applicable to their role and level of responsibility.
Aware of the importance of a “tone at the top” culture, those holding management or supervisory positions have additional responsibilities to lead by example, demonstrating integrity and respect for the rules. They are also responsible for ensuring that the Code of Conduct and its underlying values are understood and followed throughout the company, and for setting concrete, measurable, and achievable goals to promote such ethical and high-quality conduct in service delivery.

- Would I be embarrassed if others knew I had chosen to act this way?

- How would this appear if published in the media?
- What would a reasonable person think?
- Will I be able to sleep peacefully?

We foster continuous learning, recognize efforts explicitly, and objectively evaluate the achievements of all team members, defining action plans and support measures to encourage their growth.
7. COMMUNICATION OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT
This Code of Conduct is available to all employees and is also accessible to all company stakeholders via the corporate website.
